Amy Stroot is a Northern California artist who lives in the San Francisco Bay Area.  She creates many forms of fine art, primarily acrylic paintings and oil paintings on stretched canvas, but also works as well as with watercolor and gauche on paper.  Please feel free to reach out to her about art commissions or if you have any questions about a particular work of art. 

Through the expressive application of color, her work is about the complexity of nature and plant life with its cycles of growth and regeneration and the joy that she feels responding to it.  Her images capture the energy of life in vibrant color. 

Her extensive organic garden serves as a major source of inspiration for her artwork.
